What we collect

• Contact info you give us directly: name, email, phone number — through the contact form, arcade registration, on-air shoutout requests, advertiser bookings, or code redemption.
• Age, self-reported, used to gate 18+ content like Casino Royale. This is an honor-system check, not ID verification.
• Arcade activity: your chosen username, coin balance, and leaderboard scores.
• Payment references: when you pay via CashApp, we store the note/reference code and amount to match your payment to your order. We never see or store your CashApp login, card, or bank details — that transaction happens entirely inside CashApp's own app.
• Basic visit data: pages viewed and whether the radio was played, stored locally in your browser (not third-party cookies) so we don't repeat the same prompt twice in one visit.
• Anything you submit publicly: reviews, shoutout messages, or reel/video links you ask us to feature.

If you're under 18

Arcade registration for younger users asks for a parent or guardian's name, email, and phone number in addition to the user's own info, so a parent is always reachable. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what a parent has provided consent for through that flow. If you're a parent and want your child's info removed, contact us below and we'll take care of it.

How we use it

• To run the features you're using — the arcade, the storefront, on-air shoutouts, ad bookings, and code redemption.
• To send renewal reminders for active advertising slots.
• To follow up if you're a local business we've reached out to about advertising — you can ask to be removed from that list at any time and we'll honor it permanently.
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Who we share it with

We use a small set of infrastructure providers to run the site — database hosting, image hosting, text-to-speech, and (for advertiser outreach, when active) calling and email delivery. They process data on our behalf under their own security practices; we don't hand your information to anyone for their own marketing purposes.

Your choices

• Ask us what we have on file, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email us and we'll respond promptly.
• Reply STOP to any follow-up email to opt out of future contact.
• Ask to be placed on our permanent do-not-contact list — once you're on it, no future outreach tool can add you back.
