What this is

AugustusJulius.com hosts Purple FM 757, a 24/7 AI-narrated internet radio station, plus an arcade, a book and song storefront, a video reel, and advertiser tools. Purple and Static, the on-air hosts, are AI-generated voices and personas, not real people — every segment they read is AI-generated or AI-assisted.

Age requirements

• General use of the site is intended for users 13 and older.
• Casino Royale and other 18+ marked games require you to confirm you're 18 or older. This is a self-attested check, not ID verification — treat it as a real boundary, not a foolproof one.
• Arcade registration for users under 18 requires a parent or guardian's contact information.

Arcade coins

Arcade coins are a virtual, in-platform token with no cash value. They cannot be redeemed for real money, transferred off-platform, or exchanged with other users. Coins are earned through gameplay/engagement or purchased via CashApp at posted rates, subject to admin approval.

Payments

All payments — advertising slots, book/song purchases, coin purchases — are made via CashApp to $AugustusJulius. We don't accept any other payment method. Bookings are marked pending immediately and verified against your payment note, usually within 24 hours. Advertising slots carry a First-Day Guarantee: if your spot doesn't air on its scheduled first day, that day is added free to the end of your run. Refund requests are handled case-by-case — email us and we'll work it out with you directly.

Your conduct

• Shoutouts, reviews, and any public submission should be things you'd be comfortable hearing read on air.
• We can remove content, revoke arcade access, or ban an account for abuse, harassment, spam, or attempts to exploit the coin economy.
• Meetup and similar location-based features are for genuine, respectful use only — misuse can result in a permanent ban.

Content

Songs, books, and on-air scripts are the property of Augustus Julius / Performance Improvement Platform LLC unless otherwise noted. AI-generated commentary (like "Booth notes" on reviews) is clearly labeled as AI-generated. By submitting a review, shoutout, or reel link, you give us permission to feature it on-air and on the site.

No warranty

The site, the arcade, and every AI-generated segment are provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and nothing an AI host says on air constitutes financial, legal, or professional advice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
